1. To join our buying group for hospitality simply click “Claim your free membership here” on any of our pages.
2. Fill in the basic information and select “Finish”
3. We will email your details to you where you can set up your password and select what categories you would like to see.
4. If you would like to place orders on credit with suppliers you can complete our credit application which will give you a credit account with each and every supplier.
5. Login and start placing orders!
Kitchen Mate uses the idea of buying power to help our members get the best prices. As a stand alone venue their buyer power is low. However if you join many of these stand alone venues together then buyer power grows. Kitchen Mate has joined hundreds of venues together, negotiating as one group so our buying power is huge and we negotiate incredible deals with wholesale suppliers as a collective.
We are a 100% free service to our members. But in order to pay the bills we do charge suppliers a small fee but it's all included, so the supplier pricing you see is the supplier pricing you get.
We generally have a couple of suppliers for each category which have been hand selected by chefs as having the best combination of quality and price. If neither of them suit, let us know and we can add a more suitable supplier for you.
If we don’t have what you want then you can simply purchase that product elsewhere. Some suppliers are willing to bring in and stock products for you so speaking to them should be your first port of call.
Our suppliers are first picked based on quality by chefs. Especially high quality meats and fruit & vegetables. Favourable pricing is secondary to this. Quality is key to long term business and retention and therefore is a key component of Kitchen Mate’s process.

You can buy from anywhere you like however business must be feasible for the suppliers as well so we reserve them the right to revoke customer access to these prices at any time. So we would encourage our members to purchase all products from our suppliers and adhere to the minimum order values to create good business for both parties.
